Final Paper Submission to IEEE INFOCOM 2019 WORKSHOPS
Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. The deadline is 5:00pm US ET, Sunday, 10 March 2019.
IEEE/IEEE Communications Society/IEEE INFOCOM Policies
To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.
To be published in the IEEE INFOCOM 2019 Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the IEEE WORKSHOPS at the appropriate rate listed in the Registration page and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. If you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for both the conference and the workshop. Workshop Authors must register by 10 March 2019.
Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proofread it. Review formatting requirements can be found at:

Register for the Workshop
The presenting author must register for the workshop before submitting the final paper. For multiple paper presentations, one author registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers, and the registering author must be an author for these papers. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the Workshop Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions (See full author policy above)
For workshop registration, please go to the Registration page of the IEEE INFOCOM 2019 website http://infocom2019.ieee-infocom.org/registration and follow the instructions. After completing your registration, you will receive an email with your registration confirmation number. Write this number down; you will need to use it to upload your paper into EDAS.

Policies on no-shows and substitute presenters
Each paper must be presented by an author of the paper in person at the workshop. Presentations via teleconference (e.g., Skype) or pre-recorded tape are not permitted. Permission to have the paper presented by a substitute presenter may be granted by the Workshop Chairs under certain extraordinary circumstances. Authors with travel contingencies should consider arranging a substitute presenter. A substitute presenter must be qualified to answer questions regarding the paper. A request of a substitute presenter must be sent to the Workshop Chairs no later than 5:00pm US ET, Monday, April 22, 2019. The Workshop Chairs may approve or deny the request by 5:00pm US ET Friday, April 26, 2019. A no-response by the Workshop Chairs after this deadline shall be considered as denial.
A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the Workshop Chairs will be removed from the final workshop proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to authors of these papers.
